Judge Scolds Lil Wayne For Missing Court Date, Says He Displays “Irresponsible Behavior”

Lil Wayne's reported medical problems weren't enough to earn him sympathy from the judge in his case against Quincy Jones III. Weezy is suing Jones for what he saw to be a “scandalous portrayal” of him in the film, The Carter, but his failure to go to court isn't going over too well.
Appearing in court on his behalf Monday (Oct. 29), Wayne's lawyer informed the judge that he will play the rapper's hilariously bizarre deposition video to the jury, in replacement of him physically showing up. In the recording, the 30-year-old refused to act coherent, while fending off questions from Jones' attorney, Pete Ross. One question in particular, regarding a show that he did in 2010, elicited a colorful response from Young Money star. “I don't know, but I know I did perform at this bad @ss b-tch birthday party recently. She was crazy stupid thick,” he said.

In response to the new development, the judge blasted Wayne for exhibiting “unreasonable conduct in the deposition” and “irresponsible behavior.”

Since allegedly being taken to the hospital, after suffering symptoms similar to that of a seizure (twice), the father of four is said to be recuperating at his mother's house in Louisiana. Not long after news of his ailments broke, a statement released by his camp explained that he was being treated by a doctor for dehydration and a migraine. Wayne also went on Twitter over the weekend to let fans know that he was “good,” and thanked them for well-wishes.
